Refund policy
How refunds and cancellations work for CrawlGenie paid plans. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record; refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method.
14-day guarantee on a first purchase
If CrawlGenie is not right for you, write to hello@crawlgenie.com within 14 days of your first payment for a plan (monthly or yearly) and we refund it in full. One refund per workspace. This covers the first payment only, not later renewals.
Renewals and cancellation
Plans renew automatically. Cancel any time from Usage & billing → Manage billing (Paddle customer portal); you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing more is charged. Renewal payments are not refunded except as required by law or where a billing error occurred.
Yearly plans
A yearly plan is a 12-month commitment at a reduced price. Within the first 14 days it falls under the guarantee above. After that we do not refund unused months, but you can switch the renewal to monthly or cancel before the next yearly renewal.
Billing errors and outages
If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or could not use the service for a sustained period because of an outage on our side, tell us and we refund or credit the affected amount.
Consumers in the EU and UK
Statutory rights are not affected. If you are a consumer you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase; by starting to use a paid plan immediately you agree that the service begins before the withdrawal period ends and that a refund may be reduced by the value of what was used.
How to ask
Email hello@crawlgenie.com from the address on your workspace with the workspace name or invoice number. We answer within one working day; Paddle normally returns funds within 5–10 working days depending on the bank.
