Terms of service
The agreement between you and CrawlGenie when you create a workspace or call the API. Plain words; the headings are part of the terms.
The service
CrawlGenie provides browser sessions, search, document reading, ready-made and goal agents, monitors and memory for AI agents, through a dashboard, an API, SDKs and connectors. Plans, limits and prices are described on the pricing page and can change with notice.
Your account
You are responsible for the people and agents that use your workspace and keys. Keep keys secret; revoke them if they leak. One person per Free workspace; paid plans allow the members listed on the pricing page.
Acceptable use
Use the service only on websites and documents you are allowed to access, within their terms and applicable law. No credential stuffing, no denial of service, no circumvention of access controls, no collection of personal data you have no right to process, and no use that harms third parties. We may suspend workspaces that break these rules.
Your content and data
You own what you put in and what the service produces for you. You grant us only the rights needed to run the service. We do not train models on your content.
Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew until cancelled. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades at the next renewal. Taxes may be added where required. Fees are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise.
Availability and support
We aim for high availability but the Free and self-serve plans come without an uptime guarantee. Support channels per plan are listed on the pricing page. Enterprise agreements may include an SLA.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided as is. Results depend on third-party websites and on the model you connect; we do not guarantee that any agent completes a task or that extracted data is complete or accurate. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
You can delete your workspace at any time. We can terminate for breach with notice where practical. Sections on content, liability and governing law survive termination.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms with notice; continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your order form or, failing that, the jurisdiction where the operating company is registered.
