Open connector settings
Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
ChatGPT: Settings → Apps & Connectors → Developer mode → Create.

Trial calls are not tied to you: there is no account to save them to. Pages are fetched to answer the question and not kept for you; with an account you choose what to save to memory.
